XGTH3 (260 inches) tricot warp knitting machine can be used to produce plain or mesh textiles such as clothing, underwear, swimwear, etc.

Working environment requirements:
The manufacturer requires that the working environment of the workshop is 25 ℃± 4 ℃, and the maximum relative humidity is 50-60%.
The machine should be dust-proof, anti-flying, and avoid airflow interference.
The ground bearing capacity is 6-10 tons per square meter, depending on the type and length of the machine.
The placement of the machine should take into account the vibration of the machine in production.
Bars/ Knitting elements:
Embedded needle bar of composite needles, tongue bar of tongue needle chips, sinker bar of composite sinkers, guide bar.
There are three ground bars: GB1, GB2, GB3.

GB1 uses 42 “beam head, GB2 uses 30” beam head and GB3 uses 30 “beam head.
Electronic let-off device:
3 sets of electronic controlled let off devices are used for GB1, GB2 and GB3. Each set of let off system has a 1.5KW servo motor drive.
There is one Ф 152 continuous beam shaft at each warp shaft position, including the beam head clamping device.
Control System:
Automation and Control system achieve the basic function of the machine. Interface of touch screen show production data. Photographic stop device detect broken yarn.
Fabric Take-up Device:
There is 1 set of electronically controlled take up device, which is driven by a 1.5KW servo motor and a gear reducer, with 3 pulling rollers and 1 pressing roller.
Batching Device:
There is 1 set of electronic controlled radial coiling device with the maximum coiling diameter of 762mm (30 “); it is driven by a 1.5KW reduction motor.
Electrical equipment: three phase variable frequency speed regulating device, power-off safety device, converter power 15kw, main motor power 15kw, total installed capacity 33KVA.
The power supply voltage provided by the customer shall be 380V ± 10%, three-phase five wire system, with neutral wire (zero wire) and ground wire.
(if the voltage value is other value, the corresponding transformer can be purchased.)
The specifications of main fuse and its wire cross section must comply with the provisions of technical documents.
The protective conductor must be copper wire with a cross-sectional area of at least 10 mm2.
Power frequency: 50Hz ± 1%, or 60Hz ± 1%.
Control voltage: 24V DC.
The machine may have leakage. Therefore, the customer should install the corresponding detection device.
In order to ensure the normal operation of the machine, it is necessary to use a suitable, low resistance wire (copper wire, cross-sectional area of at least 10 mm2) as the grounding wire of all machine components and power supply system, and the grounding resistance value shall not exceed 5 Ω.
If the machine is connected to the low voltage public grid, the customer must contact the manufacturer in advance.
